What's your Perception?

Do you ever get frustrated when people just don't see things the same way you do?

If so and Leaders, Managers and Staff in your business don’t see things the same way they may not be working together as well at they might.

To get you thinking about how easy it is to see things differently enjoy a few minutes looking at some of these illusions.

Read the words in the triangle.

Just check again that you did not miss anything!

Do you see the face or the saxophone player?

Do you see the old lady or the young lady?

Do you see the face or the word liar?

Focus on the white circles
Do you see the black dots within them moving around?

They are not actually there!

Which centre circle is bigger, the one on the left or the one on the right?

Are you sure?

The lines may look at angles but they are all horizontal

Is the book opening towards you or away from you?

There is not a triangle here, but the three shapes make you think there is

Count how many F’s there are in this paragraph
