Have you ever wondered what your people really think about your business?

When everyone has completed the survey the information provided will be collated into a comprehensive report for you to refer to as you plan for improvements you are going to make as a result of its findings. For your convenience Perception Gap also breaks down the information within the full report into five additional smaller reports each focusing on different sections of the main report content.
You may choose to use any of these reports to communicate findings of your Perception Gap survey to appropriate groups. For example: Senior Management Teams / the Board / Governors / Human Resources Department / Managers / Staff / Working - Action groups / Quality standard audits i.e.: Investors in People, Ofsted etc.
You can have a full report as well as five smaller sub reports for your convenience which can be used to focus on areas from within your full report:
1. Full report
- Perception responses of all respondents together (Agree / neutral / disagree with survey statements)
- Perception responses of all respondents broken down into three groups; Leaders, Managers, Staff
- Suggestions made by respondents which they believe might improve things
- Things to consider if Perception Gaps appear between groups
2. Perceptions overview report
- Perception responses of all respondents (Agree / neutral / disagree with survey statements)
3. Perceptions report
- Perception responses of all respondents together (Agree / neutral / disagree with survey statements)
- Perception responses of all respondents broken down into three groups; Leaders, Managers, Staff
4. Perceptions & considerations report
- Perception responses of all respondents together (Agree / neutral / disagree with survey statements)
- Perception responses of all respondents broken down into three groups; Leaders, Managers, Staf
- Things to consider if Perception Gaps appear between groups
5. Suggestions report
- Suggestions made by respondents which they believe might improve things
