Purchasing Perception Gap indicates acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

You will be required to register your chosen unique access codes which you distribute to people you invite to take part in the Perception Gap survey.

Perception Gap provides briefing notes to help you get the best from the survey along with a note for you to copy to those you invite to take part at this stage.

You will get the opportunity to add up to three statements / questions of your choice. These may only be added at the purchase stage.

Perception Gap are not responsible for distribution of appropriate Leader / Manager / Staff codes for people to login.

Upon completion of the survey by the people taking part you are required to login on your business page and indicate that all responses are now complete (We suggest that you set a time and date for this which you communicate to respondents). When you close your survey your people will not be able to add additional responses to the survey. This stage cannot be reversed

When you have registered closure of the survey, Perception Gap will collate six unique reports from the information which has been provided. These will be made available for your use for reference. Perception Gap is not responsible for the content of your final reports as it they will include input and comments made by those you have invited to take part. Perception Gap does not alter comments or words provided by your people; your final report will reflect “word for word” the input they provide.

If people you invite to take part do not all respond i.e. you purchase survey access for 50 people, and only 30 people actually take part, refunds or credits will not be made.

Perception Gap does not share information on its clients or survey participants with any other organisation.

Perception Gap may use the data from surveys to compile reports on general trends within organisations that have taken part.

Perception Gap sometimes provides links to other World Wide Web sites from our site. Such a link should not be seen as an endorsement, approval or agreement with any information or resources offered at sites you can access through our site.

You may access, download and print materials on this Web site for the purchasing organisations internal use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer for commercial sale without written consent from The PEOPLE Academy UK Ltd.

Perception Gap may from time to time communicate to client organisations and their contacts held on its database at intervals reminding you how long it has been since your previous survey. It may also communicate information on general trends within surveys, product developments, service updates and special offers it has along with those of those of specially selected partner organisations, which may be of benefit.

Users of Perception Gap have the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us. If you no longer wish to receive communications or need to change or modify information previously recorded you can email us on info@perceptiongap.com
